Her work is often supported by her sister Nataša, who brings a keen eye for detail and composition, and their mother, whose love for beauty and craft has been a lifelong inspiration.

The Sea Within
Born of waves, shaped by emotion
The sea has always been more than a place for me — it’s a feeling, a rhythm, a mirror of my soul.
After years spent painting and traveling across oceans on world cruises, the water became both my muse and my home. Its ever-changing hues, its calm and its storms, reflect the emotions that shape my art.
In the gentle movement of waves, I find balance; in the horizon, I find freedom.
The sea teaches me flow, patience, and surrender — lessons that live in every brushstroke and every shade of blue that finds its way into my work.
Through Colorica Studio, I channel this deep connection with the sea — transforming its vastness, mystery, and light into artworks that invite stillness, depth, and emotion.

Where Balkan heritage meets global sensibility
This collection is a tribute to my roots — a dialogue between past and present, between what we inherit and what we become.
Growing up in Serbia, I was surrounded by the colors, patterns, embroidery and textures of traditional art — especially the intricate geometry of Pirot kilims and folk ornaments that have told stories for generations. Those symbols were never just decoration to me; they carried emotion, identity, and the quiet wisdom of those who came before us.
Over time, I felt the need to reinterpret them — to breathe new life into these ancient forms through the lens of modern expression. In this series, I deconstruct and recompose traditional motifs, using abstract shapes, layered textures, and fluid color transitions to capture their essence rather than their literal form.
Each piece becomes a conversation between memory and imagination — where Balkan heritage meets global sensibility, and the boundaries between tradition and modernity dissolve.
Through this series, I aim to honor where I come from while allowing it to evolve into something new, universal, and alive.
